We (NetLineCorp.com) reserve the right to change the Terms of Service at any time. In the event of a major modification to the Terms of Service, we will make a reasonable effort to alert you (The customer) to relevant changes. Necessary communication regarding changes is, however, in no way implied so please read this document regularly as continued use of our services after changes are made to the Terms of Service may imply acceptance of the altered agreement. Prohibited Activities
The activities listed below are strictly prohibited and will result in either a suspension or termination of your account without notification. Participating in these activities will also void your thirty-day money-back guarantee and may incurr in other penalities. We will not be held responsible for any hardships you may incur as a result of your violation of these policies.

Spam Policy
The sending of unsolicited, bulk emails ('spamming') via your hosting account will not be tolerated. Even if another individual used your account to send spam, you will still be held responsible. Violation of the spam policy will result in an immediate suspension of your account and possibly termination without any possibility of a refund.

Copyright Violation
Use of anyone else's work without their explicit consent is strictly prohibited.

Warez
The uploading of and/or linking to of 'Warez' files including but not limited to pirated software, games, program cracks, serial numbers, etc. is prohibited.

Sexually Explicit Material
Pornography is forbidden and all sexually explicit material is frowned upon.

Banned Scripts
The following scripts are banned from use on our servers and may not be uploaded or run. Reasons for banning them include adverse effects on server load, invitations to hackers/spammers/criminal activity, etc.
  • IRC egg drops
  • Proxy servers
  • Mail bombers
  • Anonymous mailers
  • IP spoofers
  • Port scanners
  • nph-proxy
  • UBB (Ultimate Bulletin Board, all versions)
  • Ikonboard, Yabb (except for MySql version)
  • Any script that grossly affects the shared hosting environment through the consumption of system resources.
In short, we ask that you use care and proper discretion and responsibility when running scripts on our servers. When in doubt, please ask first.

Billing

Money-back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee to all customers. This guarantee is voided if any of the prohibited activities mentioned above are associated with your cancellation/suspension/termination. Domain name registration, renewal or transfer, is not refundable, nor changed for other domain name, products or services we provide.

Domain Registration

Payment for domain name registration will under no circumstances be refunded. You will be given access to and full control of your domain after we register it -- once we register your domain, it is yours.

Monthly Hosting

Payment is expected on time without fail. Your monthly fee will automatically be deducted from your credit card on the anniversary of your signup. If you currently pay according to a monthly billing schedule, the following rules apply to you:

If your credit card information changes, you are expected to update it before the next billing. If you request an account upgrade (either to a higher plan or of increased disk space, bandwidth, etc.), your fee thus far into the month will be forfeited as the setup fee, your current recurring billing will be cancelled, and you will be sent a new recurring bill for the new cost per-month, to be filled before we implement the upgrade.

If payment is not made on the anniversary of your signup due to changed credit card information or what have you, you face possible account suspension or termination. If you experience extraneous circumstances that might affect a timely payment, please contact us at sales@netlinecorp.com

Cancellation

Cancellation can be made at any time, but please be aware of the money-back guarantee above. In the event that you do choose to cancel, please be sure to have an entire backup of all the files, e- mail, etc. that you stored on the server -- when we shut down an account, everything is gone.


Data loss
In the event of data loss, NetLineCorp.com will not be held liable. It is your responsibility to backup your data.

Summary
