How to submit a support ticket effectively?

When you submit a support ticket, please include as much information about your problem as possible. This helps us to identify the issue quickly and reduce the amount of questioning back and forth before the issue is resolved. Please note that the only information we will have regarding the issue is the information you share with us within your ticket.

Please always address your ticket to the proper department! This saves a lot of time, thus letting us answer your problem faster.
 

Things to include:
  • your name
  • your domain name (the one regarding the issue).
  • the description of the problem.
  • any error messages you received.
  • possible ways to reproduce the problem for testing purposes.
  • if its an issue, with one of our services please include how you are accessing the service (url, username, password, client application version).
